Family visits & Food of course!
Restaurant Recommendation: Conor Cafe in Belfast, Stranmillis area. We went for the 9.95 any main course and a glass of wine specially picked by their wine expert James Nicholson, Crossgar (you know that name, I've recommended this Wine Shop before!). The Cafe is so cool inside, open and airly with a glass ceiling! My fish was cooked perfect! Very Yummy you should check it out!

Another Recommendation: Ton Ruray Bar/Bistro...I might be a little bias since, I am the Chef there! I make everything fresh! Anyone who knew me in California could vouch for me!
Check us out on Facebook!
What's for Dinner:? I haven't decided yet...I'll you know next time...is anyone even making the dishes?
Peter's Wine Picks: We've been drinking alot of Strawberry Margarita's, yes I've got the Irish hooked on them! Peter will have some picks next time...promise.
Cool Thing: Falcon School at Ashford Castle...wow! I thought my sister and brother-in-law were crazy for paying all that money for having a Falcon land on their arms but, when I saw it for my own eyes, it was pretty awesome!
Irish Saying: Say nothing until you hear more.

What's for Dinner? Gorgonzola Polenta, as a side dish.
The only place I have found Polenta is at Sawyer's in Belfast, the most amazing little foodie market!
Here's the address:
College Street Unit 7, Fountain Centre, Belfast, BT1 1HF
Phone: +44 28 9032 2021
Neighbourhood: City Centre
Polenta Recipe:
Bring 4 cups of milk to a simmer, add about 2 tablespoons of butter. When milk is at a good simmer a 1 cup of Polenta. Stirring constantly, the Polenta will spit so, be very careful! Add S&P, 4 ounces of Gorgonzola (also get that at Sawyer's). Continue to stir until all ingredients are well mixed, should be nice, thick and creamy! Enjoy! I'm serving this with a Roast tonight!
Let me know if you try this and what you think? ~A
Funny: So we walked down to the bottom of the hill to go to Brennan's for an ice cream cone, a nightly ritual for us!:) We we're babysitting Shannon, she's 7. So it was myself, Peter, Shannon and of course Pierce. We walked are usual route around the Quay's (pronounced keys) but on this evening there was a tent, a carriage and a horse on a long rope... These "cheeky" teenager's were approaching the horse on the other side of the Quay, they didn't really do anything to agitate the horse, so Pierce and I kept walking toward the horse...the next thing I know the horse is chasing Pierce and I! I was trying to pick him up so the horse wouldn't hurt him but, as I was picking him up the horse's hoof came down on my heel! OUCH! He broke the skin through my sock...I thought he broke my leg! Peter came to out rescue laughing of course! So...if you see that horse on the grass...beware!
Beauty products I love!
- L'oreal Youth Code: This is so amazing for the price! I saw a difference the first day I used it! If I could I would lather my whole body in it I would...WOW what difference that might make!:)
- Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lotion: This Body lotion smell so nice and has really improved the appearance of my skin!
What I love about Ireland: The people! They will ask you, "How are you today love" and they actually care how you are!
